1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LeadPure platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Subscription and Billing

LeadPure uses Dodo Payments for secure billing. All prices are listed on our pricing page and are subject to change with notice.

• Monthly Plans: Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days unless cancelled.
• One-time Credits: On-demand credit packages do not expire and are used after any active subscription credits.

4. Refund Policy

We aim for total transparency in our billing:

• Monthly Subscriptions: Refund requests are honored within 7 days of the charge, provided that no more than 10% of the plan's monthly credits have been consumed.
• One-time Packages: Non-refundable except in cases of technical failure or verified duplicate charges.
• Technical Failure: If the platform fails to process verifications correctly due to a system-wide issue, LeadPure may, at its sole discretion, restore affected credits or issue a partial refund.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

To maintain platform integrity, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Abuse our APIs or exceed established rate limits.
• Use the Service for any illegal activities or data mining.

Violation of these rules may lead to immediate account suspension without refund.

6. User Content and License

You retain ownership of all data you upload to LeadPure. By uploading data, you grant LeadPure a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and store that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

LeadPure is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadPure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LeadPure operations are based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
